The Search 4 Happiness
Day 100

Day 100! Today is a significant milestone for me, and one that I questioned would even come into existence. I think in life, it's very easy to enjoy what's new and exciting, but it becomes even easier to let go of it when new and exciting doesn't exist anymore. However, when you find something you truly enjoy or something that strikes a chord and gives you purpose, the days just continue to flow, and before you know it, it's become embedded in your mind, in your process, and in your daily routine.
Process, routine, and discipline are all drivers in any endeavour, and the ability to transition from motivation and excitement to these drivers creates a pathway to achievement in any objective you set your mind to. Throughout my life, I have had various passions and exciting ideas that have pulled me in. As fast as they entered my mind, they were gone. Sometimes I wonder, like a universal energy, do ideas and passions simply transmit through energy wavelengths? Depending on your frequency, you tap into the connection. And depending on how strong the connection, you develop a deeper connection. And depending on the depth of the connection, you become a transmitter of the wavelength.
I do believe that things happen for a reason, and when you develop a deep enough connection and begin to transmit, you are on an unknown pathway to a pre-existing destination known within your consciousness. Whether it be business, family, sport, or travel, regardless of the pursuit, when you're locked into something and it feels right, we should follow the road and see where it takes us.
I think purpose is a vital part of our lives, and through purpose, we obtain fulfillment. And through fulfillment, we can achieve happiness. Over the past few years, my purpose, fulfillment, and happiness have been swayed in different directions. The search for happiness and the objective of trying to better understand what makes us happy, what it means to be happy, and how to obtain happiness have given me a deeper sense of purpose. Along this journey, I have learned about different aspects of myself I didn't know existed and found new interests I never thought I had. I've also learned that this journey has been paved by many before me who have laid clues in the search for happiness and a better understanding of ourselves, what it means to be human, and how we can find the most fulfillment in our lives and within ourselves.
So far this search has been incredible, and I'm looking forward to seeing what the rest of the journey has in store for me.
Thanks,
Dean
