Without realizing it, autumn is far more important to me than I thought, and I believe it is the most underrated of the seasons. It has its significance - while winter swallows us, spring transcends the cold and initiates the rejuvenation process, and summer offers excitement, entertainment, and fun, autumn brings us back through a cleansing process.

Autumn serves as a month of reflection, not only on the previous three seasons or stages of rotation that have passed, but also on the good times, bad times, successes, failures, trials, and tribulations we have experienced. These moments offer us opportunities for growth and solidify the path we are following.

As the trees begin to shed their leaves, animals commence their preparations for winter, and we find ourselves propelled into a new cycle leading towards the colder months. In this void of time, all creatures experience a delicate balance of energy - a mixture of positive and negative emotions, ideas, and movement.

Similar to Spring but on the exit, Autumn presents a picturesque landscape with its vibrant colours and a sense of tranquillity in nature. It offers us a chance to slow down, appreciate the beauty around us, and find solace in the changing rhythm of the world. It also brings forth a feeling of nostalgia, as we recall the memories of past autumns and the significant moments they held. It serves as a reminder of the cycles of life and the inevitability of change.

Autumn is a period of reflection, understanding, and appreciation of what has been. It serves as a reminder that all things come to an end, but also signifies the opportunity to start fresh.

Live in the present moment, but always remember that each moment is unique and may be the last of its kind. Be true to yourself, your friends, and your family, as well as to the universal truths of the world. Remember that for every new leaf on a tree, one has fallen. If we can appreciate the old leaf for the life it lived and the journey it embarked on, while also embracing the new leaf for its vibrant beauty and new found lease on life then we will be in a wonderful position to achieve success in our search for happiness.

“Autumn leaves don’t fall, they fly, they take their time and wander on this their only chance to soar”
