Over the last few days I evaluated on my perception of pressure, an insight into our families month and the significance of October. I also elaborated on staying inside our lanes, as well as a deep insight into our 5 senses. I finished that segment but pondering on our six sense, and whatever that may be.
Pressure - A pressure cooker utilizes internal pressure and heat to confine energy, resulting in faster and more efficient cooking. Properly managing pressure can lead to positive outcomes, but failure to do so can result in destruction and negative consequences. Embracing moments of pressure provides opportunities for personal development and the ability to expand our realms effectively.
Birthday Celebrations - October is a busy month for our family, with multiple birthdays including my son's on the 3rd, my father's the 5th, mine the 8th, and my daughter's at the end of the month. Birthdays are an opportunity for reflection, appreciation, and embracing loved ones, providing moments of joy and happiness, fostering personal growth and self-improvement, reminding us to appreciate what we have, promoting a sense of belonging and respect within our communities, and ultimately contributing to a happier society.
Lane Running - Staying in your lane and focusing on the path towards internal happiness is crucial for achieving success, as everyone's perception of success is subjective, creating a framework for what success truly means. However, it is normal to occasionally lose focus and drift outside our lane, and recognizing and readjusting to realign ourselves is essential in continuing our journey towards a successful and fulfilling life. Understanding what truly makes us happy and staying true to ourselves by evaluating and aligning with our internal needs is vital in succeeding in our search for happiness.
Our 5 senses - to hear, to see, to touch, to smell and to speak. These tools within our arsenal provide perspective and through them they create different ways of receiving and absorbing information. The way in which we receive and transmit information via these senses dictates the state of our mind and the subsequent configuration, and outcome of our internal happiness. We must be careful to use them in ways that are true to ourselves while evaluating the world around us in a state of neutrality and effective learning.
What is our 6th sense and how dose it effect our lives? There is most definitely and additional sense or senses that we can feel, yet don’t understand, learning to understand at least how it works and the cues associated with each of these unknown feelings. This can contribute greatly in our search for happiness, as it contributes greatly in the state of our understanding of the unknown.
I had some profound realisations, especially in regards to our senses and the importance of effectively utilising them, and found that we must learn to confide in our instincts and focus on staying true to our beliefs and perspective of the world.
Thanks,
Dean
