Although I believe that happiness is fundamentally grounded by our own internalized understanding and perception of it, there are various elements that we must streamline to assist in this process. Exercise and the maintenance of our physical body are vital components in the search for happiness.

Unfortunately, as society becomes more efficient and less reliant on physical exercise for survival, it has become imperative that we continue to find time and prioritize our physical health. A healthy body is crucial for a healthy mind, and subsequent happiness,

Strengthening and managing our primary and most important asset is essential in maintaining our energy system, as well as promoting a well-balanced, nurturing, and complementary environment for our mind and spirit.

It's obvious that it's required, but I've learned over time that it can quickly be shifted aside and jeopardized. It is important to always ensure that we allow our minds the release and maintain balance and control of our body through exercise. It is within the stress and release of our bodies tension that we can revoke the opposing energy pushing against us
