I have always been fascinated by frequencies and their ability to evoke emotional responses. Unknown to me, there is scientific backing behind this phenomenon. For millennia, various cultures have harnessed the power of different frequencies to access different parts of the mind. Whether through lower vibrational frequencies for calmness, cleansing, and reflection, or higher frequencies to stimulate thought processes and connect with the mysteries of the universe.

While watching my children play in a trampoline auditorium in Southbank this afternoon, I noticed the area emitted a gentle, low-intensity frequency. This frequency instilled a profound sense of peace and relaxation, leading my usually high-energy 6-year-old son to engage in meditation, which is a rare sight to witness, particularly in a open setting environment like that.

This experience made me reflect on how much I use frequencies to help facilitate relaxation during meditation and assist me in delving deeper into my mind. These frequencies help me open up to new thoughts, ideas, and emotions, guiding me to the spaces where I seek introspection and growth.

Frequencies have become somewhat companions in my journey within, guiding me to depths of self-discovery and understanding that I never really thought possible. They serve as bridges to unlocking pathways within, paving the way for experiences of connection and enlightenment. I am very grateful for the transformative power of frequencies, which continue to help me finding more meaning, purpose, fulfillment, and happiness in life.
