Over the past 10 days I’ve covered frequencies, misdirection, continuation, the wind, being checked: I met a man who told me his story which was both extremely confronting, incredibly interesting, yet sad and happy at the same time. I also spoke about societal expectations, growing old, and the celebration for hitting my 350th blog post,
Frequencies - Fascinated by the emotional responses evoked by frequencies and their scientific backing, I have discovered the profound impact of different frequencies on accessing various parts of the mind, leading me to use them for relaxation, introspection, and growth while on a transformative journey towards connection and enlightenment, which I highly recommend exploring for meditation and overall well-being.
Misdirection - last week I was struck by a confronting perception that my son perceives me as being constantly angry has prompted a deep reflection on the values I hold dear in my life, particularly the role of my children in my pursuit of fulfillment and purpose, leading to a moment of profound self-realization and a renewed commitment to self-improvement.
Continuation - It's crucial to navigate obstacles and maintain forward momentum to pursue our objectives and find success, treading past hurdles and silencing excuses to pave the way towards happiness in various aspects of our lives.
The wind - In our pursuit of happiness, we should strive to let our instinctual drives guide us freely, akin to the wind's natural movement, allowing us to navigate life without predefined expectations or constraints, embracing autonomy and following what feels right in the moment.
Checked - I was humbled last week in a new Jiu-Jitsu training session that I don’t usually attend. Where by getting smashed by a black belt highlighted the work needed to reach higher expertise levels, ultimately leading to a very humbling but empowering experience that prompted reflection and reinforced my personal aspirations.
Fitzroy - early last year I met a man that had a very traumatic up bringing in Melbourne, Australia. His story was both inspiring yet confronting at the same time.
Growing old - A key to happiness and maintaining youthfulness lies in embracing activities that bring joy and fulfillment at any age, rejecting societal norms and negative perspectives that may hinder one's pursuit of happiness and exploration throughout life.
Societal Expectations - The impact of societal expectations and ideologies heavily influences our pursuit of happiness and limits our potential to believe in boundless possibilities, as breaking free from these constructs allows for genuine self-expression and the realization of true happiness and success through authentic transformation.
Day 350 - 350 days have swiftly passed, and as I continue on this enlightening journey of self-discovery and exploration into the depths of my mind, I am thrilled to remain steadfast in my pursuit to understand the world, myself, and the key elements of happiness that shape my existence.
Thanks,
Dean
