One of the most beautiful moments in every day is the sunrise. I have spent many, many hours observing the cross over between darkness and light and it still never ceases to amaze me just how much it can fill my soul, with such cosmic energy that grounds and reminds me that every single moment in time is the first and last of that moment.

Every single sunrise is different and each day brings a new dawn, which brings new life, new lessons, new feelings and emotions, it brings new possibilities and new opportunities. I was listening to someone the other day around darkness and how a new day never starts in the light, every day begins in depths of the darkness and although we all know that, most people consider the light being the beginning of the new day.

As the sun rises on the horizon, the warmth of the world begins to shine through, the birds start chirping and light absorbs the sky, a magical feeling comes over me and a glimpse of the power of the universe fills the darkness of nothing.

I have a lot of wonderful memories of the sunrise, some of my most wonderful memories and the feelings associated are deep in core and fill my soul with joy and happiness. The connection between past and future, the link between then and now. The cross over of dark and light shares a unique and special relationship for everyone in many different facets. Yin and Yang, light and day, good and evil, it is vital to maintain balance.

It’s true that there will always be night and always be darkness, but there will always be light and there will always be a new beginning.

Watch the sunrise and cherish each one of those moments like it may be the last.
