Day 57 - Regroup

Throughout life and within the vast majority of your days, you are faced with various occurrences that put you of-guard or take you by surprise. When these occurrences happen you are faced with an assortment of decision making options and depending on the decision you make within said occurrence can greatly dictate your short, medium and potentially long term emotions, as well subsequent outcomes.

The ability to absorb emotional fluctuations is a key and somewhat acquired skill which needs fine turning over a lifetime. Over the years I have had various occurrences that have swayed my emotions greatly, sometimes I have succeeded and sometimes I have failed in the control of these emotions and been able to find grounding within the moment.

The art of ‘Regrouping’ is a key skill in absorbing said emotion and finding a neutral standpoint within your own mind to allow a moment of clarity in times of unbalance and turbulence. In order to create a regroup strategy you first my understand your fundamental flaws and the gaps in which your mind is exposed that can potentially throw you off and evaluate the reasons why. Once you understand what moves you can find strategies to regroup when required.

Constantly you are questioning everything, whether you realise it not. The answer lies in understanding the question, absorbing, evaluating and processing your response.

In times of turbulence it is critical to stay composed, regroup and traverse through each situation from a neutral state of mind. When you can find this meadow within your consciousness, you will be amongst one of the answers in the search for happiness.
